Gazpacho

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Tomatoblend
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 100 ml water
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Peel and slice the cucumber. Halve and de-seed the red sweet pepper. Peel and halve the shallot. Remove the crust from the bread and cut the bread into small chunks.
2. Put the Tomato Blend in a blender and add the vegetables, bread, water, and white wine vinegar. Close the lid and blend on high until combined.
3. Strain the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
