Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 550 g Tomatoblend
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 300 g minced meat (half beef / half pork)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 courgette
  • 100 g capers
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
2. Chop the onion and rosemary finely. Sauté them lightly, add the minced meat, and cook thoroughly into loose, brown strands.
3. In the meantime, dice the peppers, mushrooms, and the courgette into small cubes. Add them to the minced meat and then cook together for 5 minutes.
4. Then add the tomato blend and the drained capers and boil gently for 10 extra minutes.
5. Serve the pasta with the tomato sauce on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
