Pollo alla Pizzaiola

  1. 400 g Tomato Blend
  2. 50 g plain flour
  3. 2 g salt
  4. 4 chicken thighs
  5. 1 clove of garlic
  6. 40 ml olive oil
  7. 1 sprig of rosemary
  8. 1 sprig of thyme
  9. salt and pepper to taste


1. Rub plenty of olive oil into an oven-proof cooking pot. Pour in the Tomato Blend and add the thyme and rosemary. Cover and bring to the boil.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and dip into the flour to coat. Fry them separately on a high heat in a frying pan. Then place them in the sauce
and mix together. Put the lid on and cook in an oven heated to 130 °C for at least 50 minutes.

Serving suggestion: Delicious with bread or pasta
