Salmon Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 wrap
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Blend
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 little gem lettuce
  • 100 g pickled salmon (sliced)

Preparation:

1. Slice the cucumber and the avocado. Wash and dry the little gem lettuce.
2. Spread the Tomato Blend over the wrap.
3. Fill the wrap with the ingredients and roll tightly.
4. Cut the wrap into slices.

Tip: serve with a delicious salad.
