Soup with smoked bacon

  • 550 g Tomato Blend
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g smoked bacon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 125ml cooking cream
  • 100 g leeks (finely chopped)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • Basil


1. Clean and finely chop the onion.
2. Heat the olive in a frying pan and lightly sauté the onion together with the smoked bacon.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for another two minutes.
4. Add the Tomato Blend and cooking cream to the frying pan and cook for ten minutes.
5. Add the finely chopped leeks to the frying pan and pour the soup into pre-heated soup bowls.
6. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
7. Finish the soup by topping it off with a few leaves of basil and the cherry tomatoes.
