Tomato jam

  1. 550 g Tomato Blend
  2. 165 g sugar
  3. 110 g sushi vinegar
  4. 55 g ginger syrup


1. Weigh all ingredients and mix together.
2. Add all ingredients to a heavy-bottomed pan and allow to thicken over a low heat.
3. Stir regularly to prevent the jam from burning.
4. Remove the pan from the heat once it’s reached the desired consistency and allow to cool.

Tip: tastes delicious with a scone and some clotted cream.
