Tomato marmalade

Ingredients:

  • 550 g Tomatoblend
  • 5 g salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g sushi vinegar

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients to a pan.
2. Simmer over medium heat and reduce until all of the liquid has evaporated, stirring regularly.
3. Allow to cool and serve with cheese cubes.
