Tomato Salsa

  • 250 g Tomato Blend
  • 250 g fresh tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 10 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 sprig of basil, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet of papadums


1. Peel and chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the shallot and the basil.
2. Gently fry the shallot in a frying pan. Add the chopped tomatoes and deglaze with the white wine vinegar.
3. Add the Tomato Blend and leave to reduce.
4. Season with the chopped basil and salt and pepper, and serve with the papadums.
